My favorite cousin showed me these guys, and this clip made me think that it could show a budding lawyer something he wouldn't learn in torts. Oh, and the last 20 seconds aren't all that awesome.
I can't imagine a more infallible strategy than the one illustrated in that clip.
The only thing I think could have worked better is beginning your closing argument by releasing a male, albino shaved and greased gorilla in the courtroom with a rubber band around him like on broncos to get him real angry. And he's wearing a helmet cam to capture all the action from a first person point of view.
